Anti-spam Policy
At SoftPage we take spam seriously! Legitimate use of SoftPage email marketing includes the sending of recipient solicited email newsletters and promotions and any other form of email marketing.
SoftPage strictly forbids unsolicited commercial email (UCE) or unsolicited bulk email, known as spam. If the recipient has not provided written permission to receive the email, or if the recipient has not completed an on-line registration/sign-up form it can will be classified as spam.
You will be considered as spamming if:

You purchased, copied, stole, borrowed, swapped or got hold of by any other means your list of email.

You do not provide one of the two SoftPage "Unsubscribe" links at some point in each email.

The subject line or content of the email is deliberately misleading or false in an effort to trick members to read or click on.

(Although there is no policy against frequency) Sending mail to the same members multiple times a day.
What we do to prevent Spam
SoftPage reserves the right to monitor all imported lists and all emails being sent to lists. If a client is found to be using SoftPage to send spam, we reserve the right to immediately suspend that client.
SoftPage reserves the right to monitor the subject matter of client accounts. Any account found to be using false or misleading subject lines or attempting to distribute illegal information will be immediately suspended and reported to the appropriate local authorities.
An abuse link is embedded into the header of every email send from our systems. SoftPage staff monitor this mailbox and will take action against those clients.
