Q) How do you ensure that my email gets delivered?
A) We have spent a lot of time researching mail delivery, and implemented all the necessary best practise including SPF and DomainKeys, that ensure email sent from SoftPage gets delivered. As you may expect though we cannot ensure that people read your mail.
Q) Do we get our own IP or something?
A) No, but your mail is all sent with a common sender and our domain is kept clean from blacklists. The domain reputation is well established and therefore you benefit.
Q) How many emails can we send?
A) Emails are sent via our unique mail sending network utilising more then 14 networked computers. This gives each customer a potential sending speed of 400,000 per 24 hours.
Q) How do the credits work?
A) Each email sent uses 1 credit. You can buy pre-paid credits or contact credits. The number of credits you buy in one go or the amount of credits you subscribe to determines the cost per credit. See the pricing section for more.
Q) Can I tell if mail has been read or clicked on?
A) We provide full statistics on each email batch sent.
Q) Do you provide email newsletter designs?
A) Yes, we can provide professional looking designs from our art department. Please contact a sales person for pricing.
